LRAD Corporation, the global leader in acoustic hailing devices (AHDs), announced today it has been awarded a new $700,000+ Long Range Acoustic Device® 100X™/300X™ order from the U.S. Military for immediate shipment and scheduled deployment in Afghanistan. The LRAD 100X is a hand-held, long-range communications system that outperforms and surpasses conventional megaphones and bullhorns.
