Williams has responsibility for Victron's new business growth in the company's strategic business markets and Victron's expanding sales network across North America.

Williams arrives to Victron with more than 15 years of executive leadership in the EMS industry. In addition to his past role as Vice President and General Manager for Celestica Corporation, he was specifically responsible for two major market areas--Medical Instrumentation and Aerospace and Defense. Jim has also served in various Vice President of Sales and Marketing roles for International Manufacturing Services, Solectron and ROLM Corporation. Jim holds BSEE and a MS degree and is a retired United States Navy pilot.
