| Steve Gregory, Production Engineer with R&D Circuits, Assembly Division, was born in Greenville, South Carolina, but spent most of his childhood in Michigan, around the Detroit area. After high school, he enlisted in the Navy and trained as an Aviation Structural Mechanic. After his first enlistment, Gregory re-enlisted to become a P3 Orion Second Mechanic, gradually progressing to flight engineer. After flying for 12 years, and spending just over 15 years in the Navy, Gregory decided to get out in 1987. He was stationed in the heart of California's Silicon Valley at NAS Moffet field at the time, and got his first job in electronics working at a contract assembly company on SMT equipment where, eventually, he was offered a position as a manufacturing engineer. Gregory is a Certified IPC Trainer in J-STD-001, IPC-610, IPC-WHMA-620 and IPC-7711/7721. He now resides in North Carolina and is an avid motorsports racing and digital photography fan.
