Innovate or Evaporate by Stu Leech
Charles "Stu" Leech has over thirty-years of experience in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industries. He has served as a Senior Staff Engineer at Motorola, Mostek, Automated Industrial Systems and Honeywell. Over the past ten years he has concentrated on the problem of removing moisture from semiconductor components and packages. Currently he is Director of Engineering at Innovative Drying Co. LLC. He has been granted two U.S. patents for advanced drying processes and equipment. He is a graduate of Arizona State University B.S., B.A.
